Bob founded FIST PI after serving over 26 years in the New York State Police. Bob and his team offer their well-honed skills and resources to assist your company.  Adept at acute observation of people and places, he is able to produce concise and accurate reports detailing the necessary information.  Bob's career in the State Police provided him with varied experience and training.  Bob has served in several specialty units and received numerous awards and held the rank of Investigator and Sergeant.   Bob served 2 years in the Casino Unit, investigating complex financial cases.  He also spent ten years in the Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET). This specialty unit covers 10 counties in New York state and manages cases involving narcotics, gun and human trafficking.  Bob was responsible for developing and managing cases involving confidential informants, under-cover work and surveillance. He was also responsible for obtaining the staffing, executing warrants and arrests, securing evidence and court prosecution.  Bob received appointment to the prestigious U.S. Marshal's Gang Violence Task Force, a multi-agency unit that includes the FBI, ATF, NYSP, Syracuse Police Department, and the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department. The unit is responsible for identifying gang members involved in drug trafficking, murder, and other violent acts, developing evidence and prosecution.   Bob received many accolades and special recognition throughout his career. A few of recent note include: 2014, Investigator of the year award in the NYS Police Narcotics Unit. 2015, The Superintendents Award and a Legislative Resolution (K385) was passed honoring him for his work.         

Kelly holds an Associate degree in Human Services from Alfred State College, a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, from Skidmore College and a Master of Science Degree  in the area of Speech and Language Pathology, from Ithaca College, Kelly holds a New York State license as a Speech and Language Pathologist, is certified as a teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped and is certified by the American Association of Speech and Language Pathologists (ASHA).

Kelly grew up in a family  that owned many complex businesses and she learned how to provide customer service, be responsible for deadlines and accuracy.  Kelly is responsible for the overall  day to day operations and keeps our clients updated on their projects.

John's experience as a Sergeant with the N.Y.S. D.O.C.S. and a Master Sergeant with the U.S.M.C. has provided him with the ability of communicating with all types of individuals under extreme pressure from events beyond their control.  John obtained a degree in Organizational Management from Keuka College, and has a calm, precise, and direct mannerism which is needed during complex investigations.  He is responsible for field operations.
